Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeline
All orders will ship same day if ordered before 2pm, orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (or next working day).
Delivery Lead Times
We use ParcelForce 24 hour services for the majority of our goods. Some smaller items will ship via Royal Mail 24. Both services are offered on a next business day service (in some cases weekend deliveries will be attempted). Our shipping is free of charge. INS-PROD Limited is not responsible for any delays in shipping after your order has left our warehouse. All delays due to carrier issues must be resolved through ParcelForce or RoyalMail.
Locations
Our warehouse is located in Cardiff, South Wales. We currently only offer shipping to the UK.
