These Terms of Business (the "Agreement") govern your use of the INS-PROD Limited website (the "Site") and any products, services or information provided by or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site and purchase products from INS-PROD Limited. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  2. Orders - All orders are subject to acceptance by INS-PROD Limited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
  3. Payment - Payment for all products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment through most major credit and debit cards. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and payment information.
  4. Discounts - All discount codes / voucher codes are eligible on all item; except for limited edition products (for example Cardiology) and sale/promotion/clearance items.
  5. Shipping and Delivery - We currently offer shipping to the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day up to 2pm. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location.
  6. Returns and Refunds - Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning products and receiving refunds.
  7. Intellectual Property - All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and code, is the property of INS-PROD Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not use any of the Site's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  8. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, INS-PROD Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the Site or any products, services or information provided by or through the Site. INS-PROD Limited's liability for direct damages arising from your access to or use of the Site or any products, services or information provided by or through the Site shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to INS-PROD Limited for such products, services or information.
  9. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  10. Amendments - We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
