We offer free next shipping to the mainland UK on everything.
All orders will ship same day if ordered before 2pm, orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (or next working day).
We use ParcelForce 24 hour services for the majority of our goods. Some smaller items will ship via Royal Mail 24. Both services are offered on a next business day service (in some cases weekend deliveries will be attempted).
Our shipping is free of charge. INS-PROD Limited is not responsible for any delays in shipping after your order has left our warehouse. All delays due to carrier issues must be resolved through ParcelForce or RoyalMail.
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery for regular priced items. Refund requests within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.
Clearance Sale items are subject to a 14-day return policy. Refund requests within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.
We aim to process your return within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are automatically issued when a return is processed at our warehouse.
If the aforementioned time frames have elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
